Environmental Policy
Setsquare acknowledges its responsibility to, and the commercial advantages of, maintaining a sound environmental policy and approach which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001. We recognise the importance of, no matter how small, the impact of our activities on the environment and that there is a need to constantly consider ways in which we can conserve energy and minimise waste in all activities that we undertake. In addition to compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, we endeavour to take positive action in reducing impact on the environment by a measured programme of focused activities.

Waste Management
It is our policy to work with our suppliers to ensure that all waste is disposed of in line with legal and environmental requirements and in line with our Waste segregation and environmental disposal policy.

Recycling and use of Recycling Materials
To utilise, and promote the use of, recycled materials whenever possible, ensuring that materials are disposed of in an environmentally safe manner at the end of their useful life.

Energy Conservation
To manage electricity, water and gas supplies to ensure minimum consumption through energy efficient initiatives. It is our policy to make efficient use of natural light within our building and to conserve energy by adopting an ‘only turn on when using’ approach to utilities.

Environmental Management Awareness
To raise and maintain a high level of understanding of, and participation in, environmental best practices by staff and suppliers.  We will only use manufacturers of timber and sheet material who have successfully obtained PEFC Chain of Custody, ensuring that the supplies are from legal and well managed forests and suppliers that meet a high standard of environmental management and who are committed to extending the ranges of eco-friendly products.

It is the policy of Setsquare Staging Limited to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001 in pursuit of its primary objectives. The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures. Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service. To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit. The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory - all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.
