Goodwood: Festival of Speed 2015

Client Brief:

We worked with clients such as Shell, Mazda, and Ford for Imagination, and McLaren for Sprout. For each client’s exhibition stand, we were provided with structures that included tents and marquees previously installed by other contractors. The challenge was to transform these structures into an automotive display area, which reflected the theme for the year 2015: Flat-out and Fearless. When working at such high-end events, especially with world-renowned car manufacturers, it is imperative to meet the industry’s highest quality standards.


Through the brief we were able to adapt the initial concept into working drawings. We proceeded to the construction of the components and finally, the installation process began. As a result of the long-standing relationship we retain with our clients at Goodwood Festival of Speed, we were able to understand and apply all the necessary materials and skills needed to allow each marquee/tent to transform into a unique visitor experience which befits each brand’s image.

In order to avoid wear and tear of the different components used to build each showroom, the solution was to use weather-proof materials so as to overcome the unpredictable outdoors.

Working with multiple clients at the same event is always a challenge, however with our team’s total commitment, we were able to deliver high-end finishes in accordance with the clients’ initial specifications. Each client is special and is provided with a dedicated team of project managers and on-site crew to deal with their specific needs.
